Starting at $200, you get a 3 to 4 minute talk through videos of most rooms and outside areas of a property.
Professional Results
As if you were floating through the scene, we use DJI electronic gimbals along with Nikon Z9 cameras to capture a cinematic look.
Included
A contact credit slide in included in the video, and it is set to music. We host the video on our servers for two years and give branded and non-branded video links that can be post on real estate websites, multiple listing services, social media, and emailed. You can even download an MPEG 4 file for your personal use and YouTube channels.
Editing
Each video scene is trimmed, speed ramped, color correct, blur unwanted items, among other processes. We include labels for room and outside areas.
