Our brochures feature full bleed photos on heavy gloss stock that is scored and folded.
The Process
We generally take 20 minutes to walk through the property and laser measure each room while collecting the details and features. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to give you a sample to approve. Once we get your approval it takes one business day to print and deliver the brochures.
Brochure Sizes
Our standard sizes are: Letter (11" x 8.5"), Letter Folded (5.5" x 8.5"), Ledger Folded (17" x 8.5"), Tri Fold (5.5" x 5.75"). We also produce custom sizes and books.
Pricing
General for production, setup, printing and delivery, brochures start at $228 for 40 brochures.
Customization
Each project is customer designed, you pick the Brochure Size, Fold Options, Quantity, and Content Style.
